පමුණුගම තරුණ ක්‍රිස්තියානි සංගමයේ 2025 වසර සඳහා වූ මහා සභා රැස්වීම

පමුණුගම තරුණ ක්‍රිස්තියානි සංගමයේ 2025 වසර සඳහා වූ මහා සභා රැස්වීම අප්‍රියෙල් මස 27 වන ඉරුදින පමුණුගම තරුණු ක්‍රිස්තියානි සංගමයේදී පැවැත්විණ. එහිදී සංගමයේ 2024 වසර සම්බන්ධයෙන් වූ වැඩසටහන් වාර්තා සහ විගණන වාර්තා සාමාජිකත්වය විසින් සම්මත කළ අතර 2025 වසර සඳහා වූ සැලසුම්ද සම්මත කරගන්නා ලදී. 

නව වසර සඳහා පාලක මණ්ඩලය ද මෙහිදී පත්වූ අතර නිලධාරී මණ්ඩලයේ වෙනසක් සිදු නොවීය. පාලක මණ්ඩලය තුළ තම සේවා කාලය අවසන් කළ මර්සි මාග්‍රට් මහත්මිය සහ ශයිනි නෝනිස් මෙනවිය වෙනුවට  හිරුෂ නෝනිස් සහ ඉසුරු පීරිස් පාලක මණ්ඩලයට අලුතින් එක්වන ලදී. සභාපති ලෙස අජිත් හෙට්ටිආරච්චි මහතා නව වසරේදීත් කටයුතු කරන අතර භාණ්ඩාගාරික තනතුරේ වගකීම මෙවරද හිමි වූයේ රුවන් පෙරේරා මහතාටය.  ශිවංකර රණවීර සහ ලහිරු සමීර යන මහත්වරුන් හට උප සභාපති ධූරයේ වගකීමක් හිමි විය. 

AGM of Pamunugama YMCA

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Pamunugama Young Men's Christian Association (YMCA) was held on Sunday, April 27, 2025, at the Pamunugama YMCA premises. During the meeting, the membership approved the program and audit reports for the year 2024, along with the proposed plans for 2025.

The Board of Directors for the new term was also elected. There were no major changes to the Board, except for the replacement of Ms. Mercy Margaret and Ms. Shinee Nonis, whose terms ended, by Hirusha Nonis and Isuru Peiris.

Mr. Ajith Hettiarachchi was re-elected as President for the new term. Mr. Ruwan Perera will continue to serve as Treasurer, while Mr. Shivankara Ranaweera and Mr. Lahiru Sameera were appointed as Vice-Presidents.

Bronnoysund YMCA-YWCA Scout Group Visits Pamunugama

A group of 19 members from the Bronnoysund YMCA-YWCA Scout Group in Norway, a partner organization of the YMCA of Pamunugama , visited Sri Lanka from March 31st to April 14th, 2025. They stayed at the  YMCA from April 10th to 14th, participating in a variety of engaging activities.

On April 11th, the group spent a meaningful day at Makalause Dream School, where they learned about the school’s programs, played with the children, and enjoyed their performances and songs. The following day was dedicated to connecting with the scouts of the YMCA of Pamunugama. The day was filled with games, songs, and performances, strengthening bonds between the local and visiting scouts. In the evening, the group took a short sightseeing tour of Negombo.

April 13th, their final day in Pamunugama, was a more relaxed one. The visitors enjoyed watching the traditional Way of Cross Easter parade as it made its way through the village. That evening, a farewell party was held, attended by around 18 members of the YMCA’s board and youth members. Four representatives from the Moratuwa Island Rovers team also joined in, making it a joyful and memorable gathering filled with fellowship and celebration.

පමුණුගමට ආ බ්‍රොනයිසුන්ඩ් YMCA YWCA බාලදක්ෂ කණ්ඩායම

පමුණුගම තරුණ ක්‍රිස්තියානි සංගමයේ මිත්‍ර කණ්ඩායමක් වන නෝර්වේ රාජ්‍යයේ බ්‍රොනයිසුන්ඩ් YMCA YWCA හී බාලදක්ෂ කණ්ඩායමේ 19 දෙනෙකුගෙන් යුත් පිරිසක් 2025 මාර්තු මස 31 සිට අප්‍රියල් මස 14 දක්වා ශ්‍රී ලංකාවේ සංචාරය කල අතර අප්‍රියල් මස 10 සිට 14 දක්වා පමුණුගම තරුණ ක්‍රිස්තියානි සංගමයේ රැදී සිටිමින් ක්‍රියාකාරකම් කීපයකට සම්බන්ධ විය. 

අප්‍රියල් 11 වන දින ඔවුන් මාකලෝසා සිහින පාසලේ දරුවන් සමග දිනක් ගත කරන ලදි. එහිදී පාසලේ කටයුතු පිළිබඳව ඔවුන් දැනුවත් වූ අතර දරුවන් සමග ක්‍රීඩා කරමින්, දරුවන්ගේ රංගනයන් රසවිඳිමින් සහ ගීත ගායනය කරමින් කාලය ගතකරන ලදි.

මීලඟ දිනය වෙන්කොට තිබුනේ සංගමයේ සියළුම බාලදක්ෂයින් සමග කාලය ගතකිරීමටය. එහිදීද ඔවුන් ක්‍රීඩා කරමින්, ගීත ගායනා සහ රංගනයන් සිදුකරමින් කාලය ගත කරන ලදි. එදින සවස් වරුවේ ඔවුන් මීගමුවේ කෙටි සංචාරයක යෙදින.

පමුණුගම ගත කල අවසන් දිනය වන 13 වන දින ඔවුම් විවේකීව කාලය ගත කල අතර ගම පුරා ගමන් කල පාදනමස්කාරය දැක ගැනීමට එක්විය. ඉන් අනතුරුව සවස් යාමයේ සමුදීමේ සාදය පැවති අතර ඒ සඳහා සංගමයේ පාලක මණ්ඩලයේ මෙන්ම තරුණ සාමාජික සාමාජිකාවන් 18 ක් පමණ එක්විය. එමෙන්ම මොරටුව අයිලන්ඩ් රෝවර්ස් කණ්ඩායමේ නියෝජිතයින් 4 දෙනෙකුද එක්විය. එහිදී ඔවුන් එකිනෙකා සමග සතුටු සාමිච්චියේ යෙදෙමින් කාලය ගතකරන ලදි.
